We’re committed to agile processes. What that means is that we work in a way that involves continuous client feedback. We believe projects turn out the best when clients play an active role in shaping feature development.
When we start a project, you’ll get invited to a “SCRUM board” for your project. On that board, you’ll be able to see the backlog for the project (essentially the project roadmap translated into tasks) as well as the current sprint (“sprint” is agile terminology for a development cycle.) We work in 2 week sprints which means that we’ll have bi-weekly meetings (“sprint planning” in industry parlance) to determine what gets worked on in each 2 week cycle.
One of the first things we’ll do when we start a project will be to set up an environment for you to see features as they’re completed and added to the project. We believe projects turn out the best when we have a tight feedback loop with the client. If we get radio silence, we’ll badger you to make sure you’re happy with features as they’re added.
